Delmar Gardens Catering Policy

The Eurest Catering guide for Delmar Gardens is intended as suggestions for your consideration. We are happy to assist you in planning for your special event. We can create a menu specific to your themed event.

Catering Hours

Eurest provides Catering Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. Exceptions can be made before or after hours at an additional charge.

Linens, Tableware, & Utensils

Prices are based on the use of paper & plastic service ware. Tablecloths, cloth napkins, silverware, & china is an option at an additional charge. The request must be made 72 hours in advance and will be at a contracted price plus service charge.

Order Notification

Beverage orders require 24 hour notice, while luncheons & cakes require two (2) working day notice. To avoid charges to your department, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

Sales Tax

Catering is subject to a sales tax rate of 8.113%

Minimum Order

Minimum catering delivery amount is $50.00

Catering orders $50.00 and over that are picked up (not delivered) will be discounted 10%.

To insure ordering accuracy, all orders will be placed thru the on line website. For Special events, contact Alex Politis at 314.616.4235.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation prior to the date of the event will not be charged with exception of nonrefundable service or products purchased or rented for catering event. Any cancellation on the day of the event is subject up to 100% of the charge.
